Manage and answer the MRP messages accordingly (order, expedite, etc). In charge of rush materials when an order it’s being expedited. In parallel work closely with the suppliers in order to negotiate prices, with the purpose to get the best materials/products at the lowest price considering the location every time. Responsible of PPV, Scorecards, Cost Savings, MRB and metrics.

Coordinate production material activities implement verification of materials availability, release orders to the production; floor considering the lines capacity. Once released as owner of the line make close follow up of the orders utilizing tools such as backlogs and dispatch reports. Responsible OTP, MPS, etc metrics. Part of my activities includes having close contact with customers to let them know the status of their orders or to solve inquiries such as expedite an order, increase/decrease pieces on the orders or help the customer solve any question or doubt regarding a situation.
